Spa Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Spa Assistant to support daily operations and ensure a relaxing and welcoming experience for guests. The ideal candidate will assist therapists, maintain cleanliness, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in and scheduling appointments
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies before and after services
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the spa
• Assist therapists during treatments when required
• Replenish products, towels, and other spa essentials
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about services and products
• Ensure a calm, professional, and friendly environment

Requirements:
