Spanish Payroll Specialist

Introduction
This role encompasses various activities to ensure smooth, timely and accurate payroll operations, compliant with IBM regulations as well as local legal requirements. This involves working closely with IBM HR employees as well as members of other teams.
Your role and responsibilities
As a Payroll Professional: Delivery & Operations, you will utilize your knowledge of country-specific end-to-end payroll processes and activities to provide guidance and support on standard best practices. You will also identify opportunity areas for improvement and design new processes to improve results and increase productivity.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
