Role

As the Specialist, Information & Operation Technology, you will ensure reliable, efficient, and secure operation of building technologies while providing Level 1 and Level 2 user support for operational systems and related infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Building Automation Systems (BAS) and control networks (e.g., BACnet, Modbus)
• Provide technical support for security camera systems & video management, access control, intercom, and other building security systems
• Manage OT-related network infrastructure including VLAN segmentation, PoE switching, structured cabling, Wi‑Fi, and remote connectivity
• Troubleshoot hardware, system, and network issues across multiple properties
• Provide Level 1 intake, triage, and resolution of OT‑related incidents and service requests
