Role Description

**Key Accountabilities**

+ Perform detailed compensation and benefits analysis for Corporate and Hotel populations across EAPAC, leveraging internal and external data to support competitive, fair and cost‑effective reward decisions. This includes preparing total cost to company calculations, scenario modelling and cost and impact analysis to inform business and hotel leadership decision making.

+ Support the end‑to‑end delivery of annual merit review and bonus processes for Corporate employees and Hotel General Managers, including system UAT testing, data validation and governance checks, analytics and reporting, and support of approval and sign‑off processes.

+ Undertake job evaluation, job matching and market pricing activities for corporate and hotel roles, ensuring roles are appropriately benchmarked and positioned within market ranges. Provide guidance to hotel HR and leaders on job pricing outcomes and pay positioning.
