+ Oversee and streamline RMN operational processes, identifying gaps and driving continuous process improvement.
+ Act as the coordination point between key stakeholders (Media Planning, Sales Ops, Finance, Ad Ops, and Customer Success) to ensure smooth end-to-end execution.
+ Support the financial operations ,ensuring consistency in billing and reconciliations.
+ Drive training and enablement on RMN processes, tools, and policies to ensure consistency and compliance across teams.
