Specialist Technician Maintenance

Under general direction, tracks the maintenance schedule and maintains production and facility equipment and tools to ensure technical availability and avoid unplanned maintenance- Ensures functionality of the maintenance process for production equipment

- Ensures technical availability of production equipment

- Makes improvement suggestions for the maintenance process and production equipment/facility equipment

- Monitors correctness and adherence to the maintenance plan of the equipment or tools and takes necessary actions

- Supports LEONI Total Productive maintenance implementation (e.g. conducts preventive, predictive and unplanned maintenance for production equipment)

- Supports the creation of the spare part list required for planned maintenance of production equipment/facility equipment and the optimization of stock of spare parts which must be available for maintenance
