Job Description

• Perform fiber optic splicing, termination, and testing of cables.
• Read and interpret network design plans and cable diagrams.
• Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on damaged fiber or copper lines.
• Ensure all splicing work meets company and industry standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Document test results and maintain accurate splicing records.
• Work closely with project coordinators and field engineers for project completion.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies on-site.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a splicer or in related telecom fieldwork.
• Knowledge in fiber optic and copper splicing techniques .
• Able to operate OTDR and power meter testing equipment.
• Physically fit and willing to work on field assignments.
