Spotter

This is a spotter role at a Midlothian, VA facility working night shift. The Spotter is responsible for lift safety support — observing while technicians work from or operate aerial lifts, and assisting with other site tasks as needed throughout the shift. You will need to provide your own transportation to and from the site, and your own PPE.

Key Responsibilities

• Observe and spot for technicians while they work from or operate aerial lifts
• Monitor surroundings to identify and prevent hazards during lift operations
• Assist the electrical team with general site support tasks as directed by the team lead
• Maintain alertness and situational awareness in an active facility environment
• Communicate clearly with lift operators, team members, and site personnel throughout the shift
