Mri Software is seeking a Software Support Analyst in Cape Town to resolve customer software queries and recommend solutions. You will engage with clients primarily via email and telephone, assisting with various technical queries.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of application support experience, knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, and SQL capabilities. The position offers a hybrid working model with flexibility, including working from home three days a week.
