This is not just another engineering role — you will be part of building a large‑scale identity and access platform within a next‑generation cloud ecosystem, with millions of users and real business impact across Europe.

About the role

You will lead a cross‑functional squad responsible for a core Identity platform (IDP) , focused on authentication, authorization and access management.

The team operates with full ownership: you build it, you run it, you scale it.

As Squad Tech Lead, you will act as a hands‑on Engineering Manager , combining leadership, delivery ownership and strong technical decision‑making.
