About the role You will lead a cross-functional squad responsible for a

core Identity platform (IDP) , focused on authentication, authorization and access management. The team operates with full ownership: you build it, you run it, you scale it. As Squad Tech Lead, you will act as a

hands-on Engineering Manager , combining leadership, delivery ownership and strong technical decision-making.
