What will you do

As a Sr. Analyst, Digital Enablement, you will:

• Mentor and support the Digital Enablement team with technical expertise in core systems.
• Evaluate team performance and support strategic planning with the Associate Manager.
• Scope and develop proof of concepts for automation and data‑driven solutions.
• Lead project planning including scope, budget, timeline, risk assessment, and change management.
• Develop technical solutions for functional business process leads.
• Escalate risks and issues to ensure timely resolution and contingency planning.
• Present project updates to IGS leadership and contribute to monthly status reviews.
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies to enhance processes.
