Sr Analyst II Software Engineering-2

Act as a key support resource for BAU operations for the SMART400 and LIFE400 applications.

Monitor and manage daily batch processing, ensuring timely execution and resolution of any batch failures or processing issues.

Investigate and resolve application incidents, defects, and operational issues, coordinating with infrastructure and technical teams where required.

Perform impact analysis and troubleshooting for application-related issues, including data discrepancies and process failures.

Support production stability and availability of SMART400 and LIFE400 systems.

Classify and manage incidents as bug, user error, configuration issue, or enhancement, and coordinate resolution accordingly.
