Business Expertise –
Coaches a team of 10-15 associates and motivates them to achieve team goals and departmental KPI’s
Validating and ensuring the delivery and adherence to training and competency requirements
Functional Knowledge –
Analyse technical process documents (calculation notes, specifications, etc) and ensure these are up to date.
Diagnosing and assessing areas of risk and opportunity to identify and remediate service issues ensuring to
maintain the service quality and overall client experience.
Identify, facilitate and implement process improvement ideas by working closely with inter departmental resources.
