Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical professional to join the team in a Partner Incentive Operations role. This position will act as the financial and logical backbone for managing and operationalizing incentives, cashbacks, and revenue share models across partners.

The role requires translating complex business agreements into accurate system logic and financial outcomes , ensuring that growth initiatives are executed with strong control over margins and payouts.

Role Positioning

• Embedded within the business function, supporting deal execution and optimization
• Works closely with:
• Finance → payout validation, net revenue accuracy
• BI/Data teams → data validation and insights

Acts as the bridge between business strategy and financial realization
