Job Role Deal evaluation for IT services involves taking input from multiple teams and translating the same into deal commercials.

• Preparation of a customer pricing presentation sheet, along with listing out key deal commercial terms and conditions.

•Ensuring deal commercials are in alignment with appropriate risk protection against Forex, international taxation, global labor laws (i.e., ARD and TUPE), etc.

• Contract redlining, review, and discussion with the internal team (delivery, legal, business, etc.) and participating in customer negotiations.

•Preparation of deal P&L as per IFRS, deal cash flow, and balance sheet

•Preparation of the deal termination schedule.

•Identifying the accounting treatment of cost items in the deal P&L that is in alignment with accounting standards (GAAP and IFRS)
