Sr. Automation Software Engineer

**JOB DUTIES**:- Participate directly in the design and development of automation projects for Resideo plants in Mexico.
- Modify automated equipment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Document, share, and train others on new automation engineering and integration devices.
- Capture and share lessons learned from ongoing development processes.
- Generate and publish relevant automation project reports for management.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance using preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance methodologies.
- Work with design and manufacturing engineering to define design criteria for new equipment.
- Ensure all automated equipment complies with company safety and performance standards.Maintain historical records of automated equipment performance and modifications.
