Role Description

The Opportunity:
Avantor is looking for Sr. Business Systems Engineer. This position will report directly to Manager, Applications Development and will technically support the applications/software used by Sales, Logistics and other Business areas. The candidate will be responsible for working with Project teams, Super users, and Business users in a Global environment mainly in the areas of Sales and Distribution and Logistics. 
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 
EXPERIENCE:
Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
7+ yrs. of ABAP Programming experience is preferred.
Hands-on experience with S4 ABAP Cloud development models using ABAP RAP.
Hands-on experience with new HANA syntax, capabilities and CDS views.
Hands-on experience with building OData service.
Hands-on experience with BAPIs, BADIs, RFCs, IDOCs and WebServices.
