EmergiTEL is hiring a Cyber Security Engineer for our client in the fintech / crypto industry. This is a Permanent role. Compensation: $108,000 – $135,000 per year. Location: Etobicoke, ON (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week).

Job Description (English)

• Design, implement, and harden security infrastructure across an AWS-based cloud environment.
• Build and improve vulnerability management and reporting processes for infrastructure and applications.
• Lead and coordinate security incident response, including investigation, remediation, and post‑mortems.
• Implement and manage SIEM, monitoring, alerting, and detection capabilities.
