Sr. Data Analyst

**About the team**: We’re seeking a strategic and highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join Zillow Group’s Operational Data, Analytics & Metrics team. This role will be a key partner to our engineering leaders and stakeholders, enabling a cultural shift toward data-informed decision-making across the org. You’ll play a central role in evolving our team’s function from a data provider to a proactive consultancy—translating complex business needs into high-impact metrics, tools, and insights that directly influence engineering performance.
