Sr Design Engineer

Job Description

The Engineer will support the development of cutting‑edge new products to meet ever‑increasing demands of the transportation industry. This position requires a basic understanding of turbochargers and vehicle systems combined with creativity and drive to develop new products based on customer needs. Responsibility spans from supporting concept development of complex projects, support through test/validation and launch. The Design Engineer leads the application design integrating all aspects from rotor systems and mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross‑functional teams including Development Engineering, Program Management, Product Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Base to ensure robust designs.
• Use internal standards & industry experience to design complex systems that meet customer specific requirements & packaging space.
