Role Description

This position executes technical, commercial and product application solutions. Sales Engineerserves as a valuable resource and first contact for Key customers within the sales territory. This position will mature in experience and expertise, as well as gain knowledgeable in the metal cutting, lubricants & coupling Industry.

The incumbent is expected to manage all customer accounts assigned, navigate strategic projects, act as a trainer for field support team members (technicians), and step up as interim leader when necessary Key Results / Accountability: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their needs and concerns.
