**Sr. Engineering Manager - Direct Hire opportunity**

The **Sr. Engineering Manager** will oversee engineering functions, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, automation, and product quality while assisting this Engineering Department as needed.
Responsibilities

+ Develop and execute engineering strategy aligned with business objectives and operational goals
+ Lead and manage multiple engineering teams including Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Test Engineering, and Automation
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield improvement, cost reduction, and process optimization
+ Oversee new product introduction (NPI) activities including process development, validation, and ramp to production
+ Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Program Management teams to ensure successful product delivery
