Sr Engr, Prod/Test Engineering

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing, quality and engineering improvement including low yield analysis, failure analysis, and test time optimization.
• Assist the test program conversion from legacy tester transfer to the new tester platform.
• Dispose production low yield lots, verify rejects, and study and fix the root cause.
• Conduct product bench test verification.
• Provide FA support by performing ATE and bench analysis for fault isolation.
• Build and debug bench boards.
• Develop and troubleshoot test hardware.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering.
• Familiarity with Advantest V93K, Teradyne ATE platform, or proficiency in any relevant programming language is highly valuable.
