Role Description
- Deploy, modify and delete WAF profiles
- Perform periodic backups of WAF configurations
- Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with network and application teams.
- Fine tune and optimize WAF policies.
- SSL certificate installation
- Review access rules within CRF system
- Manage deployment, updates & removal of access rules.
- Conduct periodic configuration backups and logs backup.
- Troubleshoot in conjunction with relevant technical teams.
- Coordinate with vendors / OEMs to resolve product related issues.
- Continuously clean and refine unused, duplicate & shadow rules, objects & policies.
- Fine tune IPS policies based on CISO team recommendation.
- Coordinate with SI/OEM for POA & perform WAF and firewall firmware upgrades
- Block or unblock suspicious IPs as directed by ISG, CISO or SOC teams.
