Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Java development.

• AI/ML Integrations and Capabilities (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI services, LLM APIs, chatbots, summarization, RAG pipelines).
• Proven experience mentoring or managing a small team or leading modules/projects.
