Experience:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Java native/backend application development
Proven long-term stability and commitment in previous roles
Core Technical Skills :
Ability to work independently after requirements are shared
Java 17+
Spring Boot (production-level experience)
Strong hands-on experience with RESTful services (design & development)
Cloud-native application development
Strong Microservices architecture experience
Strong hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases and SQL
Good understanding of database design and optimization
Messaging Systems Integration (Hands-on experience):
Apache Kafka
Azure Event Hub
IBM MQ
Streaming & Big Data (Preferred):
Apache Flink (real-time data streaming)
Apache HBase or similar No SQL technologies
Event-driven / streaming architecture experience
