Sr Lawyer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assess and evaluate risks related to the company's legal situations in civil, criminal, administrative, and regulatory matters, in order to propose and implement action and/or defense strategies that safeguard the company's interests.
2. Advise and support all internal areas of the company, with a litigation legal perspective, so that various actions are carried out in the most beneficial or least risky legal manner.
3. Provide support and advice to landlords of properties leased to the company, and ensure that corporate reports are kept up to date.
4. Coordinate legal actions and defenses with external lawyers, legal representatives, and notaries public, so that their participation in each assigned case aligns with the strategy authorized by the litigation department.
