Sr. Manager

This role is part of the KBO and EKQ Product CVP team, which supports Visa to offer a strong consumer value proposition in the market. The role holder will work closely with the regional and CEMEA Products Leaders as well as other functions including Country management, Marketing, Finance, and more. A key deliverable is to ensure a competitive product CVP through internal capabilities and external partnerships, improving Visa’s market share and top‑of‑wallet position.

In specific, the role will support the CVP team to:

• Manage existing product benefit providers with a view to improving customer proposition while optimizing return on Visa investment
• Launch new products – expanding coverage of existing products to new markets and creating new variants based on regional requirements
• Explore continuous improvement opportunities in the value proposition, including customer benefits, services, and overall user experience
