**Overview**

As the Senior Manager of Compensation Programs & Analytics, you will lead the operational center for Intuit’s compensation programs. This role is responsible for the strategic delivery and end-to-end execution of our compensation and recognition programs, ensuring they are market-competitive, data-driven, and delivered with precision and operational excellence.

You will lead a unified function that integrates market intelligence with program execution to create a seamless intelligence-to-action system. Your mission is to evolve our global operations into a highly scalable, technology-driven delivery model that eliminates operational friction.
