Sr Manager, Data Product Management - G&A

Your role at Dynatrace

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Data Product Management to stand up and lead the G&A workstream, owning data products that serve Finance, HR and IT. You will help craft and establish the vision, operating model and direction for the data product management capability.

You will shape product strategy through a combination of stakeholder partnership and independent judgment, understanding G&A business priorities, surfacing opportunities and making prioritization tradeoffs. You will coordinate execution across analytics and BI engineering, data engineering and platform engineering and ensure data products meet the unique needs of G&A functions. You will initially operate as a hands‑on data product owner, owning stakeholder relationships, shaping roadmaps, coordinating delivery and driving adoption directly, while simultaneously establishing the practices and standards that will scale the team.
