Job DescriptionJob TitleField Engineering Technical support ManagerRole Overview:Current position at head office is highly technical and analytical role and is responsible for technical support to field, critical problem solving, Subject matter expert for SMS (Service Management system) technical parameters. Responsible for Callback analysis and driving callback reduction. Involvement in new product development at factory from field perspective.On a typical day you will:- Provide engineering & technical support to Service, MOD, New Equipment field team- Manage Callback reduction centre, analysis of the callback data of different product models, callback category and drive callback reduction- Develop standard field processes/documents i.E.
