Job Title: Sr. Manager, Strategic Execution

Job Summary The Senior Manager, Strategic Execution supports the delivery of medical, clinical, and commercial programs by managing key aspects of project planning and execution. The role owns the end-to-end delivery of defined-scope programs and leads defined components of more complex, multi-stream programs, working closely with CPs and or Principals/Directors. Senior Managers play a critical role in translating strategy into high-quality execution while escalating risks and decisions as appropriate.

Essential Job Functions Program & Delivery Management

Own end-to-end delivery of defined-scope programs from planning through execution

Lead defined workstreams or components of more complex, multi-stream programs

Build and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for assigned programs or components

Monitor milestones and delivery progress, identifying and escalating risks as needed
