What your background should look like  Education & Experience 
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical field 
8+ years of experience in electroplating or surface finishing operations 
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred 
Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in relevant field is a plus 
Technical Skills 
Deep understanding of electrochemical principles and plating chemistry
