The Senior Manager, Quality (Continuous Improvement) is a certified Shainin RedX Master who serves as the organization’s expert in convergent problem solving. In this role, the Senior Manager builds enterprise-wide capability and drives rapid, sustainable resolution of complex technical issues across products, processes, and suppliers within the Digital Data Network (DDN) Business Unit, with emphasis on high‑impact manufacturing sites.
