**Job Overview**

Manages the various quality assurance initiatives and aids in problem-solving, objective setting, and overseeing the implementation of the programs.

**Job Requirements**

+ Establishing quality requirements and mentoring the department representatives for process improvements.
+ Identifying the critical business needs, prioritizing them, defining detailed rollout plans with functional leaders, and being responsible for end-to-end value stream optimizations.
