Sr OPEX Engineer

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Sr OPEX Engineer.

What you’ll do:

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Optimize processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste and improve quality, apply continuous improvement methodologies and tools that promote systematic and sustainable improvement in the organization.

Essential Functions:

• Analyze plant processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, opportunities for improvement through data analysis.
• Design and implement improvements in the plant applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, problem solving methodologies, among others.
• Standardize and ensure sustainability of plant processes.
• Lead and coordinate continuous improvement events.
• Planning and execution of continuous improvement projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree: Industrial Engineering or similar
• English: Intermediate/ Advanced
• At least 3 to 5 years or more in Continues ...
