Sr. Process Engineer

Functions and Responsibilities
Develop systems to identify and measure key performance indicators (uptime, downtime, scrap, yield).
Evaluate and identify key site capacity constraints and provide timely solutions to resolve.
Use Lean tools to measure, understand, and improve process variability and efficiency.
Manage related capital projects adhering to budget and schedule constraints.
Identify critical equipment setting and creation of work standards.
Create technical knowledge for the manufacturing unit and transfer the knowledge to operators and technical associates.
Coaching associates on continuous improvement methodologies within the manufacturing unit; identify top losses and develop and implement plans to eliminate losses and drive OEE performance.
Manage manufacturing unit change control including validation activities, root‐cause analysis of prioritized OEE losses, and quality deviations.
