The Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) Fulfillment Center Operations Integration team is looking for an innovative, customer-centric, and experienced leader with a strong record of achieving results, to own and drive improvements across the AMXL network. This role is high visibility, strategic in nature, and drives a large part of the Customer Experience foundation core to the AMXL program.

As a Process Improvement Specialist for the AMXL ACES team you will focus on Performance and Standardization initiatives with the goal of improving areas and processes in our fulfilment centers. Additionally, this role will look around corners to solve complex problems and investigate new technology implementation into day-to-day operations.
