Sr. Program Manager, Central Operations

Description
We're looking for a Workforce Planning Analyst to join our Central Operations team, supporting workforce strategy across our Data Center Engineering Operations (DCEO), Data Center Operations (DCO), and Logistics functions. You'll ensure our data center workforce is right-sized, properly skilled, and positioned to meet the demands of a rapidly scaling global infrastructure.

Key job responsibilities
Develop and maintain workforce forecasts for DCEO, DCO, and Logistics teams based on capacity launches, rack deployments, decommission schedules, and operational volume drivers

Build capacity models that account for data center lifecycle stages (build, launch, steady-state, decommission) and their unique staffing profiles

Partner with regional operations leaders to align headcount plans with site launch timelines, colocation expansions, and infrastructure growth roadmaps
