Sr. Project Specialist

The Opportunity:

This position requires an individual with experience in Project Management and Leadership with the ability to oversee a team tasked with completing multiple projects simultaneously.

Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:

• Develop and manage project plans, operations, budgets and schedules (annual and multi-year) and prepares CERs (Capital Expenditure Requests)
• Provide project and technical support for operation teams
• Assist senior management in developing and justifying capital expenditure requests
• Investigate and develop practical, cost-effective and innovative plant improvement solutions
• Utilize and incorporate Six Sigma and other project management tools, methodology and principles
