**What you'll do**:**Job Summary**This position provides technical support in offers review for products to ensure that they will be built according to Customer and ECPS Product Scope.Identifies, analyzes, defines and manages data according to Quoting systems and requirements.Serves as an interface between BU & Customer Service, responding to customer technical requirements for variations, revisions and engineering changes.Supports on standardizing Eaton's business through the customer requirements.Maximizes customer satisfaction through specialized technical support.Owns the quotation process, providing technical support by analyzing and recommending solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of customer requirement to ensure an exceptional service.The continuous improvement is essential for this role.Proactively interface and communicate directly with customers, sales engineers, a...
