Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Suppliers Quality Management / ISO relate audit knowledge.
Understand NPI Tooling / Stamping / Plastic / Painting process skill related.
Closely work with Chassis PM and Engineering teams / ODM suppliers to review project quality of Mechanical design. 
Standardization and management requirements, specifications and technical design documents during development phase. 
Risk assessment and improvement for product mechanical design quality, chassis mechanical, thermal, system, design rule / guidance to enable competitive high-quality server chassis product.
