Role Description
Primary Duties
- Drive compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices of the Sterilization plant, ensuring alignment with national and corporate regulations and customer needs.
- Manage the sterilization quality system and personnel, including lot release and quality engineering.
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of the Quality Assurance and Quality Control area of the sterilization plant, verifying procedure fulfillment for product quality assurance.
- Manage and control material resources for the Quality department, prepare and monitor budgets, and report on activities versus expenses.
- Provide training in Quality Assurance and Quality Control to ensure effective monitoring and implementation of quality procedures.
- Support validation of Sterilization Cycles in accordance with international and corporate standards, and stay updated on regulatory changes.
