Sr Scientist- Process Intensification

The role requires a strong focus on cellulosic fibre manufacturing process equipment performance assessment and proposing design modifications / alternatives  in sync with process chemistry, thermodynamics and plant SOP’s.

This includes expertise in solid handling, reactors, mixing tanks, dryers, separation systems (filtration, dewatering, absorber, adsorber, etc.), heat exchangers, etc.  

The responsibilities extend to scale-up and scale-down aspects targeting R&D solution development , process improvement, process engineering and plant implementations of R&D solutions . R&D solution development involves customized sensor development for cellulosic process coupled with data analytics and digitalization.
