Sr Scrum Master

We’re hiring a Senior Scrum Master with strong experience leading Agile teams, facilitating Scrum processes, and driving delivery excellence in enterprise environments. This role will support a project in the reinsurance industry and requires a strong servant leader who can coach teams, improve Agile maturity, remove blockers, and keep delivery aligned across distributed teams.
