Sr. SharePoint Consultant, Professional Services

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery functions and technical teams for planning, setup, configuration, and administration of Microsoft SharePoint solutions.
• Work closely with related teams on SharePoint projects including upgrades, installations, configurations, migrations, security enhancements, administration, policy development, and user training.
• Collaborate with co‑workers, customers, and vendor representatives on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of SharePoint in accordance with contract SLAs.
• Act as a technical expert with strong customer interaction skills, advising on implementation and management of complex solution and service deployments.
• Maintain a hunger for learning and pursue relevant training opportunities for SharePoint.
