Workshop Studio (WS) is an AWS platform that powers hands-on technical learning and product experiences for hundreds of thousands of current and potential AWS customers. WS is transitioning to an AI-native architecture with agentic systems that will discover content, guide participants in real time, automate quality review, and generate post-event intelligence. The platform provisions isolated AWS accounts, deploys infrastructure, manages participant access, security controls and handles automated cleanup end to end for 300+ AWS services. WS directly influences sales opportunities by boosting deal win rates. In 2027+, we are transforming Workshop Studio from a catalog and provisioning engine into an intelligent, self-improving learning and product experience platform.
