Role Overview

This position is the technical owner of the core layer for Renesas Hardware Support Packages, enabling MATLAB/Simulink workflows across Renesas MCU families. This role architects and delivers critical platform capabilities such as External Mode, PIL, scheduling infrastructure, and code generation integration, and ensures robust integration with compilers and toolchains. The role partners closely with external and internal experts to maintain compatibility with evolving MATLAB releases and to keep the platform scalable and maintainable.

Key Responsibilities

+ Architect and lead development of MW HSP foundation components including External Mode, PIL, Scheduler, and CodeGen integration.
+ Guide integration of compilers, toolchains, and Renesas MCU families, ensuring reliable build/deploy workflows.
