Sr Staff - Program Design

The High Performance Compute (HPC) team is seeking an experienced Program Manager to work as part of the Program Management Office. The HPC PMO has oversight of the NPI development process, IP process and 3rd party management process and additionally partners with stakeholders to drive change initiatives and continuous improvement across HPC and in the wider Renesas organization. Additionally, the team form a consolidated view of execution across HPC acting as a central conduit for escalation and resolution of cross portfolio issues.

This role will have a broad and varied remit; with potential to Program Manage vendor selection for IP and outsource contracts, direct NPI development, continuous improvement initiatives, and change management.
